Commando Box

(duration up to 60 mins)

This is fitness, Commando Box Style! We've combined a variety of military and boxing fitness techniques, to offer you, one of the fastest and most enjoyable ways of getting fit. Its aim is to take your physical fitness to the next level, give you a great sense of achievement and dramatically boost your self-confidence all in one. It's tough, challenging, fat burning, heart pumping fun.

Boxing

(duration 60 mins)

Develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. This class will teach you how to box and includes optional sparring. Boxing is a great way to stay in shape, develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. Boxing technique classes are for both those who are starting from scratch, and for those who wish to develop their boxing skills a little further. Classes will help refine your stance and punching technique, while also focusing on defence and the level of physical fitness required to be a boxer!.

Kids Class

(duration 45 mins)

Our kids fitness classes, designed for 8 to 15 year olds, are about more than just keeping active. They boost self-confidence, encourage teamwork and socialising with other kids. We’ve combined our classes with Commando Box techniques in speed, agility and stamina training - so kids gain skills under expert guidance. As part of the club, kids enjoy being active, learn something new, make friends and have fun.

BEFORE CLASS

  1. Register for an account and reserve your first class so we know to expect you.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you prepped and give you an overview of what to expect.
  3. Don't worry you don't need any boxing experience all our classes are designed for all fitness levels and experience.
  4. Turn up and give it your best shot!


DURING CLASS

  1. All you need are your work out clothes, we’ve got everything else covered.
  2. Buy water from us or bring your own (sports bottle), it's important to stay hydrated. We have regular water breaks during the class.
  3. Our Instructors and members will keep you on track and show you the ropes.
  4. Have fun!
