Develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. This class will teach you how to box and includes optional sparring. Boxing is a great way to stay in shape, develop speed, discipline, agility and coordination. Boxing technique classes are for both those who are starting from scratch, and for those who wish to develop their boxing skills a little further. Classes will help refine your stance and punching technique, while also focusing on defence and the level of physical fitness required to be a boxer!.

FIRST TIMER HERE’S ALL YOU NEED TO ENJOY YOUR CLASS

BEFORE CLASS

  1. Register for an account and reserve your first class so we know to expect you.
  2. Arrive 15 minutes early so we can get you prepped and give you an overview of what to expect.
  3. Don't worry you don't need any boxing experience all our classes are designed for all fitness levels and experience.
  4. Turn up and give it your best shot!


DURING CLASS

  1. All you need are your work out clothes, we’ve got everything else covered.
  2. Buy water from us or bring your own (sports bottle), it's important to stay hydrated. We have regular water breaks during the class.
  3. Our Instructors and members will keep you on track and show you the ropes.
  4. Have fun!
